Our automated assistant will confirm your page count, let you choose copies/color, and send a secure payment link. Once paid, you'll receive a 4-digit PIN. Walk up to any kiosk, type the PIN on its screen, and collect your prints instantly!

Yes, 100%. SelfPrintz uses end-to-end HTTPS encryption. No human or kiosk operator ever sees your documents. Your files are automatically processed by software and permanently erased from our secure cloud storage after printing or within 5 hours, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

We accept all major Indian payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and wallet balance. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.

You can print standard PDF documents, Microsoft Word files (.doc, .docx), and high-resolution images (JPG, PNG). File uploads up to 100 MB are supported directly in your browser or through WhatsApp.

Our kiosks feature real-time hardware paper and status sensing. If paper depletes, the kiosk automatically suspends job acceptance, and any unprinted orders receive an immediate automated refund or can be easily redirected to another nearby kiosk.
